8x Overhead Squat (increasing weight)
30x Double Unders
3rd World Squat Stretch

(1) 8 Rounds
2x Overhead Squat (increasing weight)
Foam Roll

(2) 6 Rounds
5x Kettlebell Snatch each arm (increasing weight)
Instep

(3) Foam Roll/Mobility

Comments:

Tomorrow is the last of 5 open WOD's. Josh is currently sitting 32nd in the NW Region and is in great position to move on if we can get a good performance this week. It's been nice to watch him consistently move up in the ranks, showing how well rounded Josh is as an athlete.

Today we overhead squat heavy, and do some kettlebell work. Tomorrow we throw down again.

Programming Courses

Six Week, 30-Session long training plan sport-specifically designed to train athletes for a rock climbing trip, or as focused, rock-gym based training cycle. This plan is focused on increasing the athlete's finger, grip and forearm strength, and also includes general work capacity, and core strength training.
