2x Power Clean (increasing weight)
2x Muscle ups
(4) 3 Rounds
100x Double Unders
60 sec Rest
Hit Josh with some heavy squats, power cleans and muscle ups today. Nothing that will make him too sore or tired, but enough to keep his edge going into tomorrow. WOD 12.4 comes out tomorrow night and we're gonna get right after it.
We went up to 350 in the front squat, then 4x1 at 320#
