Comments:

This is Josh's second go at the 12.2 WOD. We watched his first video and found a few places where he was losing lots of time. The transitions between weights where he was loading new plates on the bar took much longer than it should have, so we rushed him through those a bit faster. We also found that many times he was taking 3 or 4 steps back from the bar, which got him too far out of rhythm and again wasted precious seconds.

Josh attacked the workout with the new strategy and was able to get five more reps this time for a score of 80. You can watch Josh's workout here: http://games.crossfit.com/judge/79713
