Josh's CrossFit Training

Josh did the 12.2 Open WOD yesterday for 75 reps.
We spent today reviewing the video and working on a strategy to improve his score.
All we did with him for training was work on rowing technique, a quick burst (half of a tabata row) just to get the blood flowing, and some mobility and foam rolling. Josh felt good, and we want him hungry and ready to attack this WOD again tomorrow morning.
