Comments:
Today begins Josh's unload week, where we drop him to only 5 sessions (1 each day). We'll stick to strength, work capacity, and skills, but we'll lay off the volume a bit and get him ready for next week. The focus for the next few days will be skill work, but today we wanted to re-test his work capacity in FGB.

We had him train against Driven Strong CrossFit and Military Athlete certified coach Ed Kuderski, and also world champion big mountain freeskier Crystal Wright. Josh scored well, 382 points is a slight improvement from last time, but a big surprise was watching Crystal in her first ever CrossFit WOD score a 400!

Josh also deadlifted 495#, and looked to have another 30 or 40 in him easily. We stopped him right there, but overall the day was a good start to the week.
