Comments:
I finished in 34:12, using 95# for the thrusters. I was able to complete all the thrusters, unbroken, but none of the
rope climbs without using my feet.
I paced myself on the rows - and finished each in under 2:00. My transitions between the row and thrusters were slow -
a sign of mental weakness.
As a comparison, one of my mountaineers, Andy, finished in 30:01 using 75# thrusters, but all of his rope climbs were
hands only.
There's no place to hide on this one.
